If you go back 10 years, eliminate all of the corruption and crippling financial issues, nah.

I haven't been to Greece in a few years, and only check in on league soccer over there a few times a season, but things weren't great last I knew. The fans have virtually disappeared outside of the biggest clubs and a select other few.
