[Albion] East upper and lower - shared concourse?

I appreciate that this has probably been asked/answered before BUT if I am sitting in East Upper and want to meet someone who has tickets in East Lower pre-game or at half-time for a drink, is it possible to get from upper to lower once you are through the turnstiles?

Presumably you've missed the fireman's poles at either end of the Upper concourse? They take you directly into the East Lower, getting back up is a bit of a hazard though.
