Are they prounced the same or differently?

Someone here doesn't think they are prounced the same!

The dancer came into the studio. My daughter wanted to dance in the recital too. So the two dancers went to their dressing rooms and put on their tutus.

Each emphasized word is pronounced the same way.

In a sentence, 'to' is shortened to t'.

That's about it.

They can all be the same (stressed/strong): /tu:/
To can be unstressed: /te:/ - I'm going to London

Having said them out loud I think my "to" is much PUNCHIER than if I'm saying "too"

this, "too" is an elongated sound. you will probably slightly voice a w in "two", silently at the end though. say it, do one, two and see if you dont ever so slightly make a "w" mouth movement.
