[Music] Historical database of Music Concerts

I am looking for a website or app where I can add all the concerts I've been to.
Preferably with a database where you can choose an artist/venue/date and them add them to your personal list.
I've had a look around and can't find anything at the moment.
Does anyone use or know of something suitable?

From what I can gather, the app will rely partially on users updating they're own experiences.

Pearl Jam have the set list for every gig they've ever played on their official website. Since all other bands pale into insignificance, it's a good place to start.
