At long last, things seem to be moving forward.

Design, planning consent, foundations, completion date?

Meeting the council next week to get it signed.
All agreed in principal, so hopefully the plans will soon l be in the public domain.
Should imagine work will start next year.

Ah right,about time,nearly ready to fall down...another piece of history goes,still that's progress i suppose,and it should mean Selhurst retains a traditional feel,people have Knocked the Anfield stand but again it's traditional to a degree and not a shoe box like stadium.

Excellent news. Irrespective of them being our rivals, Selhurst is absolute cesspit and the fans (apart from the ultra dick heads) deserve better. When the Holmesdale is easily the best stand in the ground you know you're in trouble. I wouldn't want to take my kids there and there's not many grounds in the Championship you can say that about.
