Been to the Stade de France in Paris and it seemed a really nice, well run stadium - admittedly it was for a concert (Roger Waters The Wall) rather than a sporting event but nevertheless...However, not as good as the Amex obviously! ;-)

I went to the new stadium in Lyon to see the rugby last month. Very impressive stadium, With some lovely red n blue striped seating at each ends.

Only downside is that it is located 20 minutes of out town, Trams seemed to work well enough though. Nice city Lyon as well.
