Couple of things:

How poor were his teammates that he needed to face all five?

Shocking refereeing. Several of those penalties were illegal - the goalkeeper has to be stood on the goalline. Also, the keeper clearly had blood that should have been sorted before play continued.

I also question the physio's medical training, the way he was manhandling the poor guy, and seemed uninterested in his clear injuries.
