Hopefully this happens, been impressed by him after a bit of shaky start. His long throws offer something different and his versatility make him a useful addition to the squad.

Good news but we should have signed him permanently imo as we will face competition from other clubs in the summer.

yes he is, therefore, we will be in a great position to sign him permanently if he performs.

Yes, but my point is if he performs well for us, he is then free to talk to other clubs who may also be interested. And how many times in the recent past have clubs offered more wages for players than we have and players stolen from under our nose?

Perhaps it means we get in there now rather than wait for the window to open and other clubs beat us to it...just a thought

I would imagine his wages are high at Forest and we don't want to match them (and are only paying a percentage on loan). Could be wrong but that would be best guess.

Perhaps, but with Fulham reportedly interested ( http://www.nottinghampost.com/Millw...on-race-sign/story-25793308-detail/story.html ) I would imagine they would have paid his full wages. Maybe it was good, quick work by the club but I don't like building a squad around loanees as it means we're back to square one in the summer.

It's quite possible he doesn't want to sign for anyone at the moment.

Loan till his contract is up and then he can see what offers come in.

This I'd think, he'll be better off waiting providing he has a good second half season - anyway, great news for us and must put us in with a chance of a permanent deal in the summer.

Exactly, what we need to learn from is IF we want him come the summer don't wait until August and then lost him. Act fast !!
