Lose at home to Millwall - no worries.
Lose away to Wolves - fired.

That makes absolutely no sense - so as serious as Ernest isn't, it will probably end up happening...

This is the first game I think he won't get sacked if we lose, should of gone after Rotherham, after Millwall no excuse to keep him, so im afraid he will be here for a while yet.

Staff at the Amex were specifically told yesterday that he is staying apparently. So I presume it would take a spetacularly bad result against Wolves for him to go.

Yeh I dont quite buy it - it seems the strategy is to give Sami some money in Jan and see how it goes til Feb-March - then there is still the last-gasp option of giving someone else a Slade-style rescue bid.

Unless of course Bloom is so stubborn that he only wants to sack Sami when he wants to and not when fans clamour for it most, then tomorrow could be an option - but I dont think he's that small minded.

Rubbish he is here until well after the January window as Bloom is going to give him a massive war chest in January and then give him the time for the new players to gell. Just accept it.

Should have gone after Rotherham.

That's the game I came out of thinking he should go.

We were outplayed and out thought by a League 1 side, and a dinosaur of a Manager.

If Stockdale hadn't had such a good game we would have lost by three or four.

How he's held on so long is baffling.

This goes 100% against what Bloom said at the end of August.

He said he was confident we had a play-off squad, and that he didn't like doing business in the January window.

Oh, and if we wait till Feb/March it will probably be too late.

Absolutely Bloom will probably end up spending way more money at the end of all this than if he had swallowed his pride and decided to massage Gus's ego a bit with some extra spending for players.

I agree Feb-March will probably be too late - will be much harder than getting Gary Hart (!!!) to dig us out of a hole a few years ago.

We WILL lose no question at all. He WILL still be in charge Box Day when Reading claim their three points and when Fulham claim theirs, sadly he will be here in Jan.

I have absolutely ZERO faith in all things BHA at the moment.

Rumours on twitter one of the directors said **** the fans at a board meeting when Hyypia was brought up...shocking if true

what's most incredible about this thread is that there hasn't been one 'but give Sami a chance hes still settling in/in need of more players' comment in support. The In/Out poll at 5pm tomorrow will be interesting!

The biggest problem is he has the owner of this site in his pocket and pulls his strings for scraps at the dinner table.
