Style, cramp ... seems to me that OG was never really the Manager/Coach and it became a joint job which I very much doubt OG signed up to.

To see NJ in the technical area for 90 minutes a game barking out orders to the defence while OG is doing the same to the MF/Attack or vice versa always looked like a recipe for disaster. I'm not sure anyone knew who was boss (apart from NJ that is) and I was convinced I was going to see Oscar tell Jones to sit down and shut the f**k up. All credit that he didn't
