To be honest Greer getting sent off was a blessing - Dunk now finally gets a run of games! Quite enjoyed the second half when we were down to 10 men - no chance we were going to win with 11 players on the pitch. Utterly woeful

This! We used the counter attack when down to 10 and looked more likely to score, cant we variate our tactics a bit, we are so predictable and its getting boring. WE didnt score today and our keeper was MOM and we were at home?

The moment the team was announced I thought we may struggle. Three wingers on the bench and Lopez starting. Why oh why oh why. At this stage of the season, and playing at home, we need to go for it and attack, yet Garcia, for only reasons that he knows, plays Lopez.

It is frustrating, but I think it is only fair to judge Garcia on his second season. Remember Gus only finished 10th in his first championship season.

It was down to Buckley coming on that we had a counter attack. I hope he starts on Tues; was the best I've seen him this year.

Correct...someone gave it away in midfield...Upson misjudged the bounce of the ball....and the rest is how you said it

The someone who gave the ball away was Greer himself. If you watch his distribution forward for a while it's not long before you realise he should never be given the ball.

If that had been given then perhaps the Reading player should have gone when bringing down Lopez ..with no one within 20 feet of Ulloa in the middle...i think it was fair that neither were given a red

Lopez could have stayed on his feet and squared it to an open team mate but preferred to fall to the ground in spectacular fashion. Sums him up in my opinion. A bottler.

We were the better team in the first half with Oscars team. If Greer hadn't been sent off we would have won IMO. Can't see how he can be criticised. It would also have been the easier option to bring another midfielder on, but instead Buckley came on for Lopez and that almost won us the game.

Personally I think the manager got it spot on

We are not creating enough chances, Reading were pretty poor and we were lucky to get behind their midfield a few times otherwise we would have had zilch attempts.

Ulloa needs to get the ball played to through to him rather than whacked up where he has to grapple with a defender and try and turn him.

The number (or lack of) goals we score tells it all and without goals or attempts on goals its getting pretty boring to watch

Good, positive subs made today. Couldn't have done much more, especially with the enforced sub.

By the way. Anyone got a picture of the best banner ever? The one shown at the Brigton Vs Southampton game at Withdean during our last season there. The Adkins diet one, very funny, very original.

The smarmy smirk quickly disappeared from Twatkins face about 45 minutes or so after the match:

Who was in the Lower West Concourse after the game when Adkins had to run the gauntlet to the coach pickup area? Whether it was the intended route or he took a wrong turn, the look on his face was one of horror when he had to walk through the concourse full of jeering and booing Albion Fans. The look on his face was very much one of "oh shit".........

Definitely a marvelous scene.

Buckley came on as a straight swap for Lingard, no?
