What are you talking about you dullard?
Get on Amazon and order a copy of Straight & Crooked Thinking by Robert Thouless. You really could do with a read of it.
You're displaying all the worst characteristics of debating. For example, you use diverting tactics e.g. you ask for my personal credentials as a condition of discussing the core issue; you deliberately mix the subject matter i.e. this is about the relationship that fans have with their club, but instead you are trying to use the name change and our own situation 15 years ago as a wedge.
Basically, you're a debating terrorist.
Congratulations, you've read a book that you believe has taught you to debate, only you don't. Where have I tried to divert the issue? I have commented on other peoples posts and the arguments they have raised. As for your personal credentials, what are you babbling on about?
The issue here is that some suggested we all support Hull over the issue of a name change. Some suggested (inlcuding me) that this was a minor cause and that there were/are more worthwhile ones and, for the temerity to even suggest this, they have been derided and condemned as not true football fans. If you want to support it then go and support it and stop banging on about the footballing integrity of those that don't. However, if you wish to bang on about it on a forum then don't be surprised if you get negative responses.
