I heard that Chelsea wanted the wages paid in full so being so FFP minded we probably wouldn't have gone for him.

Could be a great signing if he can find the form from his time at Watford. Apparently pretty average at Forest but doesn't mean he won't be a good signing for Middlesbrough.
