For the last 6 years I have sorted out the commentary for you people when there have been problems on match day. I have done this by phoning the commentary team at my own expense.

A couple of days ago I was called a c**t on NSC so I have decided to really act like one. Today I didn't bother phoning. Glad you enjoyed the effect.

I was just after starting this thread and then finding the stream.

I would loved to have watched the game but I had to work while I 'tried' to listen! That is the reason for player. I work outside of Sussex so therefore a radio is useless to me and if I didn't work Saturdays then I'd be at the game!

Anything else you want answers too?

Exactly , it isn't often our games are televised live on Sky or overseas broadcaster's 3pm kick offs. Seagulls Player is the only way to get radio commentary if you don't live in Sussex.

It might be time to try and organise a boycott of this woeful service. Get as many people as possible to cancel their subscription, writing to all parties involved, including the club, explaining why.

It's really not good enough.

Yep it's awful, almost dripping tap torture.

Why don’t you start a cancelation poll first, to see how many are unhappy and will unsubscribe if the problem isn’t sorted? Then pass the poll results to the club.

It really needs everyone to cancel at the same time, but warn the club of our actions first and give them an or else date for mass cancelations.

I think people are cancelling en mass anyway. They have been trying to plug the 2 months for the price of one to try and get people to re-subscribe.

No that is why i asked the question and you have an answer that explains why. I just imagined that people trying to listen to the radio when there was no need but i was wrong.

Well obviously it shouldn't be necessary, but I have been there to help sort things out when needed. On my watch we have had the occasional late start but in general the commentaries have gone OK. Many regulars here on Saturday will confirm that.
