Monster munch are so bad, even my vegetarian girlfriend is outraged that the Bacon ones didnt win.

Same here. Not my favourite but a valid winner. I guess the best crisp does not always win.
At least there would be less people bitching about whether they're "truly" chocolate bars!

Very kind, sir. I'm not sure that I would be able to live up to the high standards you set first time around, but I suppose there's only one way to find out. With 'Hardest Animal' (hopefully @Turienso's Lovechild will change his mind and organise that) likely to come in January, October/November time might be ideal for the Chocolate Bar Championship. Consider it done.
Probably true, but people will inevitably find something else to 'invalidate' entries they dislike.
