TK - 3 Poor game. Poor distribution and at part fault for their 2nd goal
Calderon - 8. Showed some real desire and crossed for the goal
Greer - 6. Very average
Upson - 6. As above
Maksimenko - 5.Looks no more than a league 2 player
Buckley - 5. A shadow of his former self
Agustien - 6.5. showing some promise but missed some decent through ball opportunities
Ince - 6. Looked okay but does not look like he wants to put in a strong challenge. A great effort on goal though that was inches from going in
Lopez - 5. Looks nowhere match fit and sloppy at times
Ulloa - 7. Done very well for the goal and looks a little fitter than last year
Barnes - 6. Tried hard at times but nothing special from him today

Subs:
Andrews - 5. Hardly noticed the guy
Lua Lua - 5. He looks fast over one yard. Poor
March - Not enough time to make a mark

Ref (D'Urso) - W@nker of the highest order

Kuszczak - 4 had a bad game, distribution particularly bad

Calderon - 4 defensively lacking, at fault for the first, and second if harsh, but good cross for goal

Greer - 5 not a good game, but significantly better than Upson IMO

Upson - 3 very poor knowing what he is capable of. Put the rest of the defence under pressure a few times as well

Maksimenko - 6 best of the defenders for me. Ran down the line a lot but not into the attacking third. He had very little in terms of support down the left but most of his distribution was good. Tackling was okay when they rarely attacked the left

Ince - 7.5 MoM after a tad wobbly start he played very well in the middle and that volley nearly made me gasp. Good game

Agustien - 5 progressively got worse, passes often going straight to the opposition

Dave - 4 delivery awful, build up poor , bad day at the office

Buckley - 3 did nothing, looked slow

Ulloa - 7 good goal, no protection from the ref, could have scored 3

Barnes - 4 poor game in me eyes, passes astray, looked to give up a lot of the time

Subs
Andrews - 5
LuaLua - 6
March - NA

I agree mostly with what you say but, having seen him previously, I think Agustein will come good with fitness.

No, it's my opinion. Calderon was pretty much the only player showing any urgency today and considering what he went through midweek I thought it was a valiant performance. However, if you don't like my opinion, Tough Titty.

I am sure your opinion though is probably holier than thou is it?

Kuszczak 4 - Needs direction.
Calderon 5 - At fault for the second goal, good cross for ours.
Greer 4 - Poor performance.
Upson 4 - Equally poor, some shocking passing.
Maksimenko 6 - Exposed on purpose, coped well for a debut.
Ince 7 - Will grow and develop into a Yaya Toure type powerhouse.
Dave 4 - His role lacked deffinition.
Agustien 5 - Right idea and some nice passing but too many misplaced passes.
Buckley 3 - Had no idea what he was meant to be doing.
Barnes 4 - Didn't play with intelligence.
Ulloa 5 - Atrocious first touch all game. Well taken goal and unlucky not to get a second.

Subs
Andrews 4 - Didn't stand a chance.
LuaLua 3 - Central striker. Brilliant idea.
March N/A - What was he meant to do?

Yapton
Kuszczak 5 Terrible distribution first half and should have done better for their second goal

Calderon 6 Was involved and provided a good cross for Olloa, defensively poor
Greer 5 Poor
Upson 6 Average
Maksimenko 5 Poor

Ince 6.5 Think he will turn out to be a good player, a few errant passes but this is second start.
Dave 4 Very Poor
Agustien 5 Way wood passing but a few good ones as well, hopefully will improve with matches
Buckley 5 Poor
Ulloa 7 Great goal and unlucky with another header, lacked ammunition
Barnes 6

Andrews - Looked tidy
Lua Lua - gave us an outlet

Oscar - Was very disappointed with the way we played, we gave the ball away to often had little purpose. our shape when we did not have the ball was awful.

Not sure this appointment will work don't have a good feeling about Garcia, hope to be proven wrong.

I thought Augustien had a reasonable game, along with Ince in the middle. PIG had a mare, seemed to stem from him letting the ball go under his foot in the first half. After that the worst I've seen him play. Buckley looks unfit, lost a yard of pace.

I have had concerns for Buckleys motivation, fitness and capability for a while and as for PIG, I think he s lost it. The team does need to settle in and we need more punch and movement up front. People need to think about playing for their position and its time Buckley was replaced. Soli March should be given a try and also Brennan Dickinson, the guys like lightning. Og has got to make some harsh decisions and use players on form and not on pay scale.

Maksimenko and Ince bearing in mind they've had to come up a few levels to the first team
Ulloa for well taken goal

4
Calderon think he was partially responsible for both goals
David
Barnes looked on a lower wavelength to everyone else

Lua Lua - 5 Looks fast over one yard, ha ha that made me laugh, genuinely. You could also add, has no footballing brain, doesn't see anyone else on the pitch and suffers from OCD, because he does the same thing every match and even i'm becoming bored of it. This league is above his level, why is he starting when we have March on the bench!

kuszczak 5 - terrible distribution, came out hesitated then dropped back for their second goal. was a really off day for him
calderon 6 - good cross for the goal, got forward, but dove in got stranded for the first, lost his man too often
greer 5 - jumps in elbow first too much for my liking, lost possession passing without looking didn't do enough for either goal
upson 5 - same as greer, minus the leading with the elbow thing.
Maksimenko 4.5 - didn't get forward enough, giving us no width out on the left until lualua came on, and even then maksimenko stayed back leaving lualua without support
Agustien 5 - started promising, but very quickly his long/direct ball up field was exposed as overused and wasteful. I hope it's just a fitness thing, maybe still tired from the newport game?
Ince 6 - started slowly, but showed some desire, times when no one was closing an opponent down he'd step up, some neat lay offs and passes
Lopez 5 - his set pieces were pretty wasteful didn't do enough to run the game, maybe still tired from the newport game?
Buckley 5 - didn't use his pace much, maybe still tired from the newport game?
Ulloa 6 - his control with his chest (when he's not using it to pass to someone else) is about a oor as CMS's first touch, losing the ball before being able to bring it down. A couple of decent headers, but not sure the rest of his game gave us much today
Barnes 6 - nice ball to Calderon through the legs of a derby player in the build up to the first goal, when derby attacked after we took the lead he was urging people to move out rather than sit back (we've needed someone to do that for a while)

Subs
Andrews - Quiet until Lualua came on and he switched into the middle, where he was still quite quiet, but seemed tidy and calm in possession.
Lualua - ran down the wing a couple of times, but never beat his man, the one time he got a cross in he didn't bother to look up and see 8 derby players and 1 brighton player
March - not on long enough

Frustrating perfomance, too many long balls, we let it bounce around in the air too much. It is frustrating that the transition from Gus's defensive possession style to Garcia's attacking possession style isn't as smooth a transition as one would hope an perhaps expected, it seems to be going via a bit more hoofball. I didn't really enjoy the football on offer and hope it's because the club are still learning the garcia way and it's not because it is the garcia way.

The atmosphere was also a little off. Like there's a bit more of a disconnect between the fans and the club, though that may just be the poor start.

I just thought, with the exception of Ulloa, we looked very, very ordinary today.
