12-13k I reckon, which is a HUGE crowd for this stage of the competition. The only games that get big crowds in round one are local derbies. 17k+ last night, and Huddersfield v Bradford tonight will be similar, but apart from that I reckon ours might be the only other game to break 10k.

ees complicated no?

theres not a chance we will get 12k looking at the site and availability.......reckon no more than 8k at a push. with about 6k actual bums on seats.

Hopefully you're wrong and if HawkTheSeagull is to be believed then you are!

I'd expect the gate to be broadly in line with meaningless friendlies against smaller top flight opposition, both of which exceeded 10,000.

Popping down to the club shop soon to get my ticket for tonight. I don't mind which part of the ground I'm in - would like to try the West Stand Upper.

Phew. Thank God for that. Had me worried there. :)

The club shop on Queens Road no longer sells tickets, by the way. So you'll need to buy from the Amex but i presume you can only do this until about 5.30, as we're not allowed to sell tickets for a few hours before the game at the ground. So in that case, might be best to phone them up and buy one that way.

Shutting that ticket office on Queens Road is utter madness.

Print at home tickets are also available if you buy online. No need for the ticket office queues if you'd like to avoid them.

And then find out you need to replace the ink cartridges because they're empty

Which friendlies in the last 2 closed seasons haven't been meaningless, in your opinion?

What an odd thing to ask.

Do I need to trawl through all your posts prior to this one just in case you've put in a superfluous word somewhere along the line?
