He's now back at Whitehawk, so presumably will be playing against the Shambles towards the end of this month.

Really!!!!! Is that the big transfer news they were breaking today? Bit of a let-down if so.

i have very little opinion of him either as a person or a footballer.....no more or less than any ex player

HOWEVER, if you're going to slag off your former employers when your own career has gone downhill since leaving, you're going to look like a dick.

it's what is known as 'leon knight syndrome'
so if you work for someone and then go on to do something else you can never comment about your previous employer. maybe he is upset about the way the club has been seen since he left. that doesn't make him bitter or a dick it shows he might still care. i have know Tommy for years unlike most of the slaggers here and he isn't like that at all but is suppose we can all cyber post from our keyboards with ignorance.

and i think that if everyone is honest we really can see his point. when you talk to fans of other clubs you find we are becoming a bit of a laughing stock as we come across as a club with a great ground but very little class in the way we are conducting ourselves in the same way as chelsea get perceived.if the club and its staff hadnt had this very public spat then there would be no comment to make.

Interesting, now some of the truth is coming out regarding whether Poyet knew, I've seen a number of football pundits actually commend the fact that the club are following a robust HR process. I don't agree with you at all.

In terms of Tommy Fraser, I always saw him as a hard working player who did his best at a difficult time for the club. Whilst I accept you know him, I don't think people can be blamed for responding to comments, which do across as quite churlish....

We all love our club and are prepared to stand up for it when people have a unnecessary pop.

i too commend the club for changing the direction with regards to Gus but i dont necessarily agree with the way it has been done so as to project the club into the spotlight in this manner. whether the club was right or wrong most fans around the country will only remember the headlines that have been surrounding the club and not the facts.I also love the club but im not blinded by it so as not to see that things could and should have been handled differently. Poyet has been a complete arse but its the club that has been in the dock. we were made to look like man city when they sacked hughes or spurs with Jol but it appears that wasnt the case but that isnt making the sky news headlines only the MOTD story saying poor Gus. that is what makes us look bad.

I think you'll find that 90% of fans have no idea what's going on down here and the 10% that do don't really give a shit. Apart from palace fans of course.

Exactly. Do a lot of work up north and some people weren't even aware he was suspended.....
