Scrambled eggs for me. Walk into kitchen and turn hob on with pan on it. Put down two bits of toast.

Come back 2 mis later. Crack 4 eggs into pan and scramble for about 10 seconds. Toast pops up and eggs done.

About 15 seconds of effort (scrambling).

You heat up the pan for 2 mins before putting the eggs in? And don't whisk before they go in the pan? You should be on a LIST.

The seaside.
Half a banana sandwiched between two slices of Marmite-coated Ryvita. Covers all the major food groups and is good for you (fibre, vitamins, fruit, the lot).

Sleeping on the roof
Plus the 5 minutes of pan scrubbing after!
Not if you fill the pan up with hot water and let it soak for a few minutes - stops the protein in the egg coagulating again (I think) and makes it easier to clean

Excellent choice. Any preferred crisps? Has to be McCoy's in a crisp sandwich for me.

Salt & Vinegar flavoured Disco's. The only crisp to use for crisp sandwiches.

1 cm thick slices of Halloumi, fried, between toasted bread with a smidge of tomato sauce. Great - but leave you with a thirst for the rest of the day.
