Nothing to do with the actual game, laws, grass roots, or anything important to the game we all watch really.
Those two statements completely contradict each other. How on earth can a proposal be of interest to the ordinary people who follow and have nothing to do with the ordinary people who follow the game?
Is anyone really surprised that FIFA is ignoring the proposals though? Why would Blatter and his cronies want anyone supervising their activities? Turkeys and Christmas come to mind.
