Who should Palarse watch out for? well hopefully there will be 4 Brighton players fit, who didn't play in the match at your shithole, namely or two England internationals Upson and Bridge, our Spanish international, Vicente who when fit would make Williams look like a schoolboy player, along with our new Argentinian centre forward who will cause you problems.
Looking forward to revenge myself!

We have plenty of players for them to worry about.

Don't want to start a new thread so---Adrian Durham--Talksport says 'The Stripey Nigels' should be banned from getting another penalty for the rest of the season(14 so far) + he said Phillips goals were 'shite' (My words not his)

Durham has been playing the pantomime villian for our fans for sometime, it's all said in jest to get a reaction. Unfortunatley some of our fans fall for it and send him abusive tweets and emails and that's exactly what he wants, it keeps him in a job.

In regards to this thread, yes, Williams is a class act and I expect him to cause you all sorts of problems. IMHO he will go on to be the best of our academy graduates, Zaha included.

He's apparently been the next big thing for about 3 years. More worried about Phillips tbh

If we played JFC for a ten game spell I reckon he might be just as good

Deep up County
My concern is that it would seem that BHA scouting was so poor then that we missed such a good prospect on our doorstep. Any BHA presence in our part of the county was very limited but I hope that it has improved now.

LOL. He has had a leg injury that has kept him out of football for some time. He has been back for a couple of months and has been incredible so far, even better than he was before he was injured.

Comparing JFC to Williams is like comparing Buckley to Zaha.

They just don't get it yet. They will :)

Williams could well be better than Zaha in a couple of years. The kid is incredibly consistent too.

No not Zaha, Murray or Jedinak. Littly Jonny Williams. 19yr old attacking midfielder who is only about 5ft 6 but is VERY quick with good feet and attacking awareness. Won the first penalty the other night apparently and according to CP season ticket Holder father-in-law, he thinks JW is better than Zaha!

Watch out for this kid.

yep I work with 3 palarse fans and they all cream themselves about this kid. (they reckon will move on to greater things than zaha) The big number 15 is it jedinak? I thought he was good at selhurst.

Yep. Murray, despite being the top scorer in English football, probably won't win POTY because of how good Jedinak has been. He's phenomenal, best defensive player in the League by a country mile.

Apart from Bridcutt, obviously.

Correct - it's not close. One of them has won some of the biggest prizes in World Football and has had an offer of £32m turned down for him - and appeared in shortlists for the BALLON D'OR. One of them has done **** all. Ridiculous to even talk about them in the same thread. Any neutral fan would laugh at the comparison, like comparing Ronaldinho to Will Hughes at Derby.

Alternatively, one of them is a washed up has-been and one of them is a bright young star with the world at his feet and probably about 15 years of football ahead of him.

If you were offered the choice to sign Ronaldinho and Will Hughes, can you honestly say you'd pass up the second most exciting young midfielder in the Championship just to get another year out of a Brazilian legend?

I very much doubt any neutral in their right mind would choose to sign Vicente over Jon Williams if they had the chance. Of course, nobody outside the top 4 in the Premiership WOULD have a chance of signing him, but that's not the point.

Williams looks more consistent and just as talented as Zaha did at the same age. The boy is destined for great things. I'd much rather have him than an injury prone Spaniard who is a ghost of his former self.

I'd also wager that Williams has a bigger impact on the game than Vicente. Vicente came on against us at the Amex last year and did nothing of note. Williams controlled the game from start to finish and ran the show - and he has progressed since then. If you watched the Watford game you'd have seen that Jonny was the best player on the pitch when he came on and completely changed the match.
