It shows a green light for an adult card, and an green and orange light for the child card.

And probably a green orange and pink light for an oap. So what, no one is watching that. The card activates the gate, it doesn't know who is using the card. Just who the card belongs too.

I know half a dozen people been caught doing this and it's not worth risking loosing your ST

Seems to vary, sometimes they're standing around chatting and not paying attention, sometimes they're watching it like a hawk.

Just claim you didn't know and offer to pay the difference, I doubt you will lose your season ticket unless you caught doing it a few times.

Or, alternatively, just pay what you should pay, and not try and scam the system ???

Pretty poor form there. Bad karma heading your way.

That will make a change lol...I do understand the people that say your conning the club etc and I do agree. But if it's just a one off!!!Yeah ok, I know it's still wrong and your doing the club out of £15 quid or whatever it is. But do we get a refund when the team play badly, or a discount when we waste half a million on Harley or Dobbie, +wages??? Ok, I know it's not the point, but if it's only a one off, I hardly see it as crime of the century. What about if you took a child on a adult's card as I have in the past. I don't go to the club shop and ask for £15 back, I just accept it.

Do you mind me asking if they move you? I'm in the family stand, and took my dad once instead of my son, and they moved us out of the family stand. This was a week before the game though, maybe the trick is to leave it to the last minute.

I see what you're saying - you're meant to have a kid with you to sit in the family stand. Unfortunately I can't help there on precise info as I have an U16 ticket as well as an U10 and my U16 still comes to midweek school night games.

Did you mention about being moved before they moved you the last time? If so, I reckon if you don't want to be moved and you don't mention it then they won't bother moving you. I'm sure the club understand the situation and as you're paying for the upgrade you're not trying to pull a fast one. I suspect plenty of people have to do the same for midweek school games.
