Podolski, cazorla, wilshere and Walcott will be knackered after tonight's thumping of west ham. Better rest them next game imho.

Anyone else a bit worried by this arsenal performance? They're looking awesome.

I did say in another thread that I thought it would be easier beating Arsenal, than Swansea. I think I might've got that wrong

They could play their reserve team & on paper be to good for us so why not see how we match up against their first team.

My personal opinion is that the pitch at the Amex is to big for us to upset them.

Think they will field a strong side on Saturday as it is their best chance of silverware this season. They could win the European Cup but I doubt, and may qualify as 4th for next years but the FA Cup is a realistic chance of silverware.

Sure Arsenal will start as worthy favorite's as they should. But they are not the Arsenal of old and we are long overdue a BIG scalp in the cup. Liverpool, Spurs, Villa have all turned us over in recent years. We are due a big one and I don't know why, but I got a feeling in my water we are going to do it. All in all, Poyet seems to be a very lucky manager, he has been here three years and drawn Liverpool twice, Newcastle twice, Villa, Stoke, Sunderland and now Arsenal in cup competitions. We are going to do them 2-1 with Ulloa scoring the winner.

I thought I heard Mr.Wenger saying that the F.A.Cup is now a really big competition to them, now they've conceeded that they have no chance of the Premiership.

I think it will be pretty much a first team, unless anyone picked up an injury tonight.

Which will make it even sweeter when we get a result against them. Bus for Mr. Wenger anyone? :smokin:

To be honest I don't know why you'd wish for them to field a weakened side. To see magic players like Wilshere, Cazorla and Arteta in the flesh is once-in-a-decade stuff for anyone who only watches Brighton, if they were rested I'd be annoyed.

Perfect result for them tonight and the perfect time for them to prove what I have been saying, why we have a chance, they are consistantly inconsistant, so after a thumping win, we can hope for a poor perfromance from the Arse.

Inconsistant is the word when talking about The Arsenal even their own fans know that you can't predict what team will turnup. If we defend like West Ham, too far up the pitch, their pace will kill us, but we don't so I think it will be a game of who's nerve breaks first and I fancy that CMS maybe the key to a famous victory for the Albion.
