Really? I've got a whole list of jobs need doing, from replacing halogen transformers to putting in a chimney balloon to concreting in a clothes line pole.

<porn film music>

"Hi...[raises eyebrow]...I'm here to concrete the pole".

I've had shelves like that before and they couldn't take much weight.

That said, we've seriously cut back the books on my shelves pictured above as previously there were a load of very heavy big hardbacks on there and I don't want another literary avalanche.

Hi, is anyone on here either of the above or could recommend someone?
I'm in H/H and just need a bathroom painting and small bit of laminate laying... Been getting some very silly quotes from people out of the yellow pages and would rather give the business to a fellow albion fan!
Please let me know if you can help??

Many thanks in advance.

I've got a Kindle and I love it - wonderful device. (I do use the Kindle app on the iPad more though, obviously)

However, we do have a shitload of books from pre-Kindle days. We had another clear out on Saturday and I have c100 books for the charity shop. Again.

Yeah. Not easy to get rid of the old ones. This is my current Beauty. Well, all that I can fit into a camera shot anyway. 8 x 7 ft
