Electric oven needs fixing

Our oven has stopped working and the places I've tried can't get anyone out until January. Anyone out there fixes ovens - or know someone who does? We're not going to have a Christmas otherwise

Whats wrong with it? There is a place in Portslade that will come out. Can be expensive call out charge but usually quick

Just get a new one in the sales, you'll probably save money in the long run.

It will likely be the thermostat or element-both dead easy to replace yourself if you can use a screwdriver with the element being a 5 minute job. Biggest problem will be getting one this close to Christmas.
