Inspired by Tuesday's game. I got a half time burger which, frankly, looked TERRIBLE.

The bun was WONKY and slightly RIPPED.
The burger was BROKEN.
The onions were HANGING OUT.
The wrapping was TORN.

Frankly, it was a cast off, nut I took the bite and it was HEAVENLY.

So, what food tastes BANG TIDY but looks like a MUNTER?

Beef stock? Its like all lumpy n gloopy innit.

Its very difficult to detach the taste from the image when trying to think what looks terrible.

Now, thats a tough one for me.

The first time I had them i LOVED them, though this was in a lovely little cafe in france and they had been cooked expertly

However I recently had them in somewhere like cafe rouge (i know, i know) and i just wasnt enjoying them at all. I couldn't work out if i didnt like the IDEA of them or the actual taste.

Oh, I've remembered a speciality that my parents used to make during a lamb sunday dinner which looked TERRIBLE but was, possibly, my favourite ever food.

We just refered to it as 'mush'. "Can you pass the mush please"

It was all the veg which we had as a bed underneath the slow cooked leg of lamb. It was cooked so long that all these leeks and onions and celery had just turned into a brown much. It was all the same texture and all the same colour.

But, my god, it was to DIE for.
