Grubbs is nice but I've had some massively long waits for my burger. If I see anyone queuing I usually walk away and get a sarnie from Tesco's.

Grubbs has gone down hill for me last time I was there. Month or so ago, cheap bread bun just feel into pieces. Uncle Sam's all the way.

Grubbs on Lewes Road is spot on, glorious food in there. But I don't like the other Grubbs I've been in, which is odd considering it is the same food. I've gone for Burger Off. You know where you stand, no nonsense burgers. I like that place.

Guys please try this place it's awesome. Trust me once you have tried it you will never walk into a grubbs or uncle sams ever again : )))

Well Burger Off is superb of course, but I will still eat Uncle Sams as a very close second! Grubbs in an emergency. :)

Burger Off over Grubbs by a country mile (compared to the Grubbs on Western Rd near Palmeira Sq).

Grubbs used to be amazingly good, but has gone way downhill. Burger Off's burgers are juicy, tasty and have better quality extras compared to Grubbs too. The super-hot chilli burger thing is just stupid though - it has hospitalised a few people, so I just don't see the point.

You've only got to see the size of the bloke who owns & runs the place (and his son) to see that the burgers are good!
