Anyone else finding NSC slow?

on my PC's at home NSC is fast, I use firefox, here at work it is very slow compared to other websites..any ideas?

Work uses Internet Explorer ( we are not allowed Firefox) the speed here at work is supposed to be faster than I have at home.

Or maybe my work PC is just crap?
