My parents wedding anniversary in August. Do any of you good people know of a decent place in or near Eastbourne to eat. Someone has suggested The Wild Mushroom in Westfield but that maybe too far away. Over to you good people. Ta.

Thai Terre at East Dean is good, with a nice pub, The Tiger across the green for a few bevvies first. All depends if they like Thai food.

Moonrakers at Alfriston gets good reviews. Haven't tried it myself - a bit on the pricey side.

Looks like the sort of thing, thanks. Anyone been?

I love Thai. I love a few bevvies first. Don't think I'll swing it for this occasion sadly.

The Curry Leaf in Eastbourne is good (Indian restaurant), and everything on the menu is half price all day, every day.

A really nice, modern curry house, polite service and great meals.

I think the drinks are the only thing you pay full price for.

I've had a few visits there, and really cannot fault the place. So if you like a curry, this place is for you!

Best curry place is Tropical Balti. Looks a bit dated but top food.
Otherwise Picassos is good if you like Italian.
Pub grub is good at the Marine or the Lamb.
