This is the reason why I find facebook quite frightening that your security could be breached and telling the world how exciting your life is, whilst a suicide forum I go on is like Fort Knox for obvious reasons with a panic button and warnings for moderators if people have low mood-levels, especially at this time of year which can feel very depressing.
