So what exactly did they say - did they say Gus doesn't get it? If so, perhaps you should contact Gus with the details of those members of staff who are not behind him, and he can get them in line or get rid of them. It's not too helpful if they're slagging him off behind his back.

undefeated in 6 games to 1 point from 12 and three goals against in the last four games........the difference between us and a team with chopra , bowyer , bullard etc would appear to be bucket loads of experience at this level , we need to toughen the f*** up on the pitch and learn how to defend a lead.
