Being recognisable does not give them a license to make such adverts in my opinion. Misguided self-worth does.

Anyway. Virgin are a better for flying AND adverts.

Maybe not, but that advert is a cracking advert for what BA are trying to portray.

There are things that make me proud to be British but that ad is just horseshit.

You asked a question, i answered it.

Then you say "so what"

You were trying to trip me up, but fell on your arse while doing it.

Nice one.

Fell on my arse? I gave a fair response to your initial comment about the brand. Then when you reiterated the brand I typed so what. Did you want me to repeat my reply as well? Keep up dude.

I'll have fries with that BA cheese

As someone who flies quite a lot, I find BA are the worst f***ing airline out there, their cabin crews are atrocious.

I'm not proud to be British any more than I'm proud to be tall, proud to be gay or proud to have green eyes....I didn't have a choice in the matter in any of those cases, it's just what I am, so I take no pride from the outcomes.

I feel very sorry for you.

I was born in London but raised in Brighton to proud Brightonian parents. My family have been proud Brighton fans since the start of BHA and so I know exactly where my "heritage" comes from.

Given my upbringing I dont think I had a choice in the matter of who I support but by God I am proud of my football supporting heritage.

I think its a shame you can't share in a sense of pride of being a BHA fan.

Never mind eh.

I chose to support the Albion, so that is something I'm proud of.
