I enjoy following our players on Twitter, a little window into the lives of the people we idolise.

but some of the RTs they get asked to do are ridiculous. I understand if you want to get a message out, Fans Reunited, Happy Birthday, something like that, but some of them are utterly pointless, and unlike a a forum, you can't just not read them.

I should probably have a cull. There are a few that only seem to tweet to get a retweet or demand new followers.

I believe you can 'turn off' or 'ignore' retweets so you only get to see their actual tweets.
