On the ticket website, when i add friend and family they don't appear, but when i re-add them, it says that they are already added. I also can't select them when buying tickets. I was just wondering if anyone has the same problem as me or knows how to fix it. Tickets are going fast and i don't want to miss out!

(my dad usually buys tickets and i appear on his list?)

They need to add you to appear in your F&F. What you've done is make your name appear in their list.

They need to add you as well.

When you add in someone in your profile you are allowing them to buy your tickets.

When Your friend (Dad) adds you then he is allowing you to buy his ticket

I had the same problem, my brother and his Mrs (same surname, same postcode), after adding sis in law OK, trying to add brother, kept saying "that name is already added to your friends/family, when it wasn't.

I called the club with my brothers fan number and they added there and then to my friends/family
