Thinking of Manchester City and how they buy all the most expensive players but don't produce a team, I don't think there is any chance of this happening here. A good manager needs a thourough knowledge of the game, a determination to play comsistenty to a certain style, bucket loads of personality, tremendous man-management skills plus a certain je'ne se qui. I can't think of any manager in any of the four divisions who can come anywhere near our Gus!! Any suggestions?

Alex ferguson - hated by many but is amazing really.
Arsene Wenger - seems to have lost the plot in recent years BUT turned Arsenal into a mega club
Jose Mourinho - the special one, say no more.
Ian Holloway - mr controversial, mr entertainer
Big Sam - arrogant prick, but gets the job done!
Tony Pulis - Transformed Stoke. Ugly but so effective. Winnings winning at the end of the day...

There are many Good managers with different personalities and styles tbh, I'll let others add to the list. Gus could be one of the best... Let's see what he does in the next few seasons but until now cannot fault the man.
