Excited and enthusiastic about his possible arrival is one thing..........but trawling through Gatwick flight arrivals all on account of a tweet from a page that may on may not actually be his is beyond desperate.

Has anyone thought of ringing possible cab companies and asking if they have recently transported a African man out of Gatwick airport??:lolol:

This thread has really made me laugh! hope it's true though. Is Edna going to be hanging in the arrivals area?

I might decide to undertake some vital crime prevention and/or anti terrorist foot patrolling in the terminal at some stage :D Merely doing my job of course....public reassurance, you know how it is...

Quite. I'm still to be convinced it's real; it isn't "verified" like most pro-footballers' (or any famous people's) Twitter accounts.

Only the very top players in the premiership will get the verified treatment. Not someone with a few thousand followers. I don't think it's his account either though

No it's crime prevention: to stop hundreds of fans turning up at the airport, you have to keep us all informed! lol

That NCL-LGW flight goes into South Terminal (same one as the train station) at 1550. Looks like Swissport handle FlyBE at LGW. Hmm. Think it'd count as a serious abuse of power to ask them to check the PNL of a rival airline..

Someone should head up there and spy.

We aim to please. I exist to serve you all

Other commitments pending of course. Can't make allowances for any criminals that happen to come to my attention between now and then.

This particular member of the public would definitely like to be reassured that the Kingdom's airports are safe; especially on a day when there's the possibility of important passengers passing through.

There are loads more famous people than LuaLua that aren't verified but are legit accounts.
