Who do you think we'll get? My suggestion....Garry Monk.

Swansea player so should be able to play Gus's way, probably a bit old and slow for the premier league, should be available on a free if he wants to leave. All wild speculation (like mine) accepted.

I think he was linked with us once. He made the right decision by the looks of things.

My suggestion the other day in a thread sunk like a stone. But I know someone who is friends with Southend centre back Bilel Mohsni. Great player and looked at by prem teams last season. And I know he wants to leave Southend. He's young and think would be worth a punt.
