Isn't this one of those events that doesn't happen because people are afraid to celebrate a national holiday?
Tomorrow is an Xmas lunch and somepoint next week there is an Easter egg hunt around the stadium![]()
St Georges Day lunch at the Amex
Spot anyone you recognise?
Sorry, am I missing the point here, St Paddy's day subjects us to the tri-color outside every single pub. St Georges day is a celebration of being English (I'm Scottish by the way) but I love this country...so why the snide comments. The people of England should not be ashamed and always celebrate their day (in addition, great time to have our asylum seekers swear allegiance to the Flag of St George)
Yes, you are missing the point.
Yes, I know i'm probably missing the point, that's why I asked the question. However by giving the answer you have, has only echoed the point I was making. Please TLO can you enlighten me then. what is the point I'm missing to which I have admitted to ?? That was my question and I was seeking your type of intellect to help me understand
