Up in the Gods
Christ on a bike, please save us from these inept officials.

Surprise, surprise, who gets the 1st yellow of the game? An Albion player.
After 3 or 4 of their players should have been booked.

Continually pulling our free kicks back, yet ignoring their number 12 deliberately standing in front of one of ours moments earlier.

Decising to spend half the game "talking to" their number 10 left back rather than giving him a yellow for persistent fouling and generally being a gobsh*te.

Making up a whole 5 minutes of added time.
THEN stating to Poyet that we had a further 3 MINUTES after we scored...Gus went mental.

Completely ignoring one of the most blatant penalties I'll ever witness. Gobby number 10 had nothing else in his mind other than barging Sandaza over.

Still....we won & how sweet it was against 12 men.

Agree about the ref, but the worst decision of the game though was the lino on the south side that gave Wood offside when clean through mid way through the second half. I was pretty much level and NO WAY was he off.

I actually think the ref had a pretty good game. Bit picky about where free kicks were taken from but other than that got all major decisions right. Plus the injury time was due to two goals being scored and long celebrations... so once again no complaints

If the ref had his way, he would have waited until Ashley Barnes had been killed before calling for a foul against him.

I think that Lino was from Poole in Dorset???
I actually thought the ref wasn't too bad.I have seen a lot worse.

Wasn't he the same ref we had at mk dons last year, the one that gus was rather public in his interview after sending Arismendi off? He was woeful.

Murray was at least 2 yards offside for his goal. The lino got it so badly wrong.......oh well. WHO CARES?!?!:banana::banana:

But, you are wrong. He ignored the body check.

And Wood's "off side" goal - disgraceful decision.

As I say, no major decisions incorrect. As for the minor ones you win some you lose some, I actually thought that Elphick's challenge in the 2nd half could have been seen as a red so as I say, no complaints

I don't think the ref was that bad really. Yes their left back should have been booked for that kick on Bennett bu Elphick was rightly cautioned for his stupid tackle. Agree that there probably should have been a penalty given but apart from that, you really are nitpicking. He gave us some free kicks that clearly weren't, why didn't you mention that?

Agree that the assistant got the offside wrong where Wood scored.

We should've known

He tapped his watch when Ankergren wasted time

He tapped his watch when the boys had the big love cuddle after Bridcutt's Goal Of The Season

He gave two minutes injury time in the first half FFS

I'm just surprised he didn't give longer at the end

Thunder Bolt

Silly old bat
Ankergren didn't waste any time today - he kept the ball at his feet, but when the ball is in play he is entitled to do that for 90 minutes.

When will people realise that time wasting is only when the ball is OUT of play. Ankergren plays possession football as the ball is still in play.

In fairness I thought Barnes went down a bit too easy on a few occasions today.

I thought the ref was ok and we got afairt share of the decisions. Also Murray was in line with us and was NOT offside when he ran onto the through ball for his goal.
