On hold at the moment to the ticket line, have been since about 12.30, any idea if they're still there or gone home?

I'm guessing if they'd closed the phone line I'd be cut off, rather than held in a queue forever?

Ok good. Taking ruddy ages though, nothing more annoying than people using ticket office at peak times for non-urgent enquiries, which despite no evidence is what I've decided is happening at the moment.

I take it it's not something you could do online? Just booked my Bournemouth ticket online with no problems.

I was in there about that sort of time, Mellotron, and there were about 10 of us in the queue for tickets, they were quite busy to be fair. The cute blonde girl had it all under control until a few little punks requested tickets, and then didn't have any money on them. Idiots.

8Ace referred to her as "hot" in the other ticket office thread. I have to say, he is spot on. Also, from what he was saying in his post (he might have been there at the same time as me!) I was served by the guy in charge of phone orders. Sorry Mellotron.
