I tend to think if aliens came to land that we'd get on ok. Not all of them are skeletal figures hiding behind false skin and selling their ways on billboards, or fallic acid-spitters with little time for a nice chat about the awkwardness of opening mackerel tins or how annoyingly difficult it is to bake aubergine at times. I think they'll be made of electricity, or travel via it, and appear in worn out plugholes to empower the kitchens of those who can't in recessions afford handyman and be of use to American prisons when someone's 14th appeal fails to find them innocent and perhaps lower the cost of those expensive trips to Switzerland when disease makes a claim that life is just too much and refill the energy of batteries in spent remotes.
