Still feel this "special third player" is Lua Lua. Gus himself said that we'll only get the third player, who was labelled special, if we get the second, also remember him saying something about it being someone close to the club. I wouldnt be suprised if we get a young lad on loan til the end of January, and Lua Lua on a long term deal.

If that were to happen I would be SO happy.

Who are you guys talking about? One says Alidaire, another says Alladiere - is this a youngster with a prem club and if so who?

Or are we talking Jérémie Aliadière the ex Arsenal and Boro player and its just that nobody can spell his name? Thats the only one I can think of off the top of my head that comes close!

That is the man but I dont know how to do the grave and acute accents as used in the french language.

Jérémie Aliadière makes a lot of sense. He's a week away from full fitness after injury pre season. Could put himself in shop window and get fit at the albion. Also can play on the wing.

Not worried about the accents! It was just that some of the spellings were so far off I thought maybe it was someone else! Hoped it was some youndster I hadn't heard of?

I believe he can play on both wings. Versatile

I'd be amazed, but of course over the moon, if we did land the extremely promising Dale Jennings, who is already probably out of reach given the amount of attention he's getting from bigger clubs.

I'm sure we'd be priced out of signing Jeremie Aliadiere too, he must be asking for a bomb in terms of wages not to have found a club yet, and despite a lack of fitness I'm surprised nobody's taken the punt on him - he will most likely find football somewhere in The Championship soon at the very worst.

Mind you, if we did get Aliadiere, at least we'd be able sing the brilliant "Living On A Prayer" chant in homage to him!
