Not a clue, just suprised at your reaction when we are linked with someone like this. He's scored 20 ish goals in league 1 twice in his career, he's hardly shit is he?
People need to understand, to get someone who has scored 20 goals EVERY season will cost £1.5M +!!

Good shout, thats not beyond the realms. If Hayes isn't settled at Preston, and Spaz is raving about it down here, then perhaps Spaz has given Gus's ear a little tweek to go and make some inquiries.

I'd be very happy to have his services here. Loan until January, then see if we want to make it permanent. Only trouble is, with Preston only being 2 points above the relegation zone, I can't see them being keen to offload one of their strikers at the moment.
