so in 1992 there were only 13 players that started in the prem (i st week of season players starting ) an interesting issue here is that a lot of football " experts" say that england will never have a good national team because there are too many foriegn players in the prem, so how good were we in 1992 when there were only 13 ?

Well, we were in the semi-finals of the previous World Cup but had just flopped in the EC - as we had a muppet in charge of the team. He was also about to lead us to WC failure too.
