Is that right? You had a very rich man in charge before, didn't mean jack shit in the end did it - you still went bust.

I think we are quite safe with our one, at least he is a fan, which is more than can be said for your bunch of chancers. One bad poker game is not going to cost £100M is it?

Wow, you just proved you know (in your words) jack shit about Palace. Have you even read a single article, about the takeover, because in almost every article I have seen, Steve Parish has said that he is a massive, lifelong fan of Palace, and so is Martin Long. That's why Long's company, Churchill Insurance, sponsored Palace for so long.

But no, silly me for assuming you lot take time off from being ass-f***ed to read.

Surely any club that comes out of administration should not be allowed to be promoted for 2 seasons, that way there is no point of trying to buy success.

there's all sorts of if's and buts for clubs operating in this manor you lot seemed to roar back at me when I suggested that teams like Liverpool/Man U and Chelsea should be penalised in some way, yet all you kept going on back at me was that it is ok that these clubs can service their debt , well why is it ok? I'm sure there are plenty of clubs that would like to spend £50mill on a player and pay him £200k/week, why cant huge penalties/transfer embargo's/banning from European competition be applied to these clubs? you lot kept banging on about that we cheated, didn't pay The St Johns Ambulance(the fans did) the bulk of our debt came from one crook of a chairman selling our ground and having to pay exorbitant rents on it, how many clubs could survive in that manor? it's hardly cheating if anything the club was cheated by the crook Noades.

It is not the buying of success - it is using other peoples money and not being in a position to re-pay it. Twice.

well you could say that a club like Chelsea could be in pretend administration every year since 2003 seeing as they post losses of £70 odd million a year since then, whats that seven years what did that twat of a CEO P Kenyon say by 2010? that they would be self sufficient financially? but it's ok because they service their debts!! I think that their dreadful house keeping coupled with constant tapping up of players makes them the real cheats

Oh I see - you are just pretend cheats ? That will be great consolation to your creditors.

administration's not cheating if it was the punishments would be far more severe, how do you know that financially solvent clubs dont give their creditors late payments/non payments part payments, for all you know B&HA may have shafted the local pie suppliers, in these recession hit times huge amounts of business's are living beyond their means just trying to keep their heads above water, in the 2 years leading up to "A" we did not buy any players and the 2 highest earners were Warnock and Kuqi there were probably higher earners at Charlton/Millwall or any host of other clubs , thats hardly cheating just a workman like local inner London football club trying to stay afloat

if that were the case, jookbeard, that you were simply trying to stay afloat, then you wouldnt have been in administration. this by definition means you are spending more than you can afford. yes, it *is* different if you can service the debt, when you know you cant even cover your contracted paymnets but carry on anyway, you are seeking an unfair economic advantage. Palarse may not have brough players but they had good player they could have sold to cover debts, like other teams have had to sacrafice. i have sympathy that problems come from not owning the ground, but at the end of the day the club should have reduced expenses, probably through lower paid players and the inevitable fall through the leagues.

The sooner the authorities get a grip on this the better.Until then we are just going to have to lump it.
I am a Palace fan,but it still leaves a rather nasty taste.

In the grand scheme of things, Jordan wasn't actually that rich. Outside of football, yes, but not for a chairman with no other financial backing from elsewhere.

Our board are all season ticket holders and have supported the club their who lives. Whilst I fully admit the whole administration procedure stinks, atleast we are now owned by 4 massive non-egostical Palace fans unlike a lot of teams these days.

We wont get a futher deduction, as others have said we've done everything that's needed it's just up to the FL to hurry up and approve it.
