I love football because, unlike women:
- It doesn't nick you f***ing credit cards, then blames YOU for being in debt.
- You can garuntee that your club be where and when, rarely cancel at the last minute.
- Your club will be there for better for worse, for richer for poorer. Whilst your wife will just say that only because she's seen your bank statement but then jump on the next poor rich sod once she's stole all your funds.
- Football will always be there through best and worst times. Your wife? She'll just try and get a f*** load of child maintenance off you just to fund her hobbies whilst you spitting-image son gets f*** all because he too loves the sport.
And finally, and most important reason I love football is this:
The fans will unite as one once they go through the turnstiles, they'll become your best friend once your team scores a crucial goal or wins a crucial game. They'll sing there hearts out and you can hear the roar for miles and miles on end. In football, you can not write what happens. It's unpredictable. Women are predictable. But in football, you simply can't write what has happened in its history!
