Under your skin.
Brez will get player of the month.

1 goal let in this month?

Both well deserved nominations.

Ironically Brezovan hasn't had to do much all month. To be fair a number of our squad could have been up for the nomination

Brez has been in the League One Team of the Week the last two weeks running 'n all. (Though he didn't have all that much to do on Sat, did he?!)

Still, 1 goal conceded in 6 is a phenomenal effort from all concerned.

It's so nice when the Football League notices your struggles and gives you something to cheer about.

Aren't they just so considerate towards a shyte club like you?

True. In the same way I trust they've nominated LOTS of Palace players for the C'ship award?

Paul Hart must be clearing a space in his cabinet for the Manager of the Month trophy as we speak.

Gus Poyet has been shortlisted for the Coca-Cola Manager of the Month award for March, after an impressive run of results which saw the Uruguayan lose once in five matches.

Three wins and one draw from the other four games left the Albion boss with an impressive record for the month and helped haul Albion away from the relegation zone at the foot of League One.

Southampton's Alan Pardew, Norwich City's Paul Lambert and Millwall's Kenny Jackett are also nominated, but Poyet's record and style of football puts him in with a good chance with the panel.

Pardew enjoyed five wins, including the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Final, but slipped to two defeats; Lambert won three and drew one of four games, while Jackett also remained unbeaten, winning four and drawing once.

All three recorded wins over promotion contenders Leeds United, while Millwall and Southampton enjoyed 5-0 wins. The Lions, like Albion, also kept clean sheets in all but one game.

Meanwhile goalkeeper Peter Brezovan has impressed with four clean sheets in those five matches, and has pulled off some stunning saves along the way.

The big Slovakian followed his shut out against Colchester with further Withdean clean sheets against Brentford and Oldham - but his most impressive display came in the 2-0 win at Oldham, where he saved a penalty late in the game, and pulled off a superb double save during the first half.

Brezovan has been shortlisted alongside Saints striker Rickie Lambert, who hit six goals, including a hat-trick, during the month; Millwall's Steve Morison, who scored in all five of his club's games and a total of seven during the month; and four-goal Bristol Rovers striker Jo Kuffour.

well deserved

he'll win it (poyet)

they'll probably both win. a gallant run by a club previously wallowing around the lower reaches ALWAYS wins... giving it to the boss of the number one club in the league all season bores the farts on the panel you know

I would imagine Kenny Jackett will win it, Millwall have been on a great run.
Great that Gus was nominated though.
