He's usually seen around the courtlands. Doesnt his wife or son run it?

Don't the council and others rent loads of buildings from him as he owns loads in Hove?

Ibiza to the Norfolk Broads
Mate of mine rented one of his properties in Brighton in the late eighties. One one of the other tenants was late paying rent, the boys were sent round, and promptly took the front door off and gave everyone inside a good kicking.

I've come back home.
Nic's got something to sell to the capital's homeless
At The Courtlands hotel for the no-fixed-abodeless
Where you can live life in style you can sleep in a closet
And if you flash him a smile he'll take your teeth as deposit

Nu Brighton at its best. Slagging off the very local characters that helped give the town its appeal to the trendy mob.

Wasn't his party piece removing the staircase, whilst tenants were out, when he wanted them out and they wouldn't go willingly?

 top assessment mate.

Our landlord association is full of lilly livered twits deep in debt cos they won't stand up to their tenants.

On the plus side, the stadium application wouldn't have gone to even a second enquiry, the objections would have magically disappeared - one way or another. But on the minus side we'd have ended up with an 'emissary of Beelzebub' as chairman

Yeah, those Gloucester residents were so ungrateful for Fred West, they razed his house.

Miserable ingrates - don't they know he put their town on the map?
