What an appropriate NSCer to post this story, as to use your penis as any sort of weapon you would indeed need the ability to generate a Well Quick Woody whenever you need to strike.

I just read this on the Telegraph website and it says she was sat on the/a couch, presumably trying to talk to him.

Knowing what most men are like when drunk, however, I doubt there would be much evasive action needed to avoid his penis.
