we took Laura home to chertsey yesterday and there were warning signs on the M23 telling us that J8 to J23 was congested.....we avoided it, but on teh way back went on teh M25 and we could see on teh clockwise carriageway, it was stop start all the way from 14 which we got on at to 9 at Leatherhead.

radio said just road works at 17 and sheer numbers of traffic
